Research you can rely on

Our strict criteria make finding the right property harder, deliberately. The team travels to see every option we recommend, and many more we don't, so our clients get the best opportunity for long-term success.

No cost to you

We don't charge you anything. We charge the seller of the property a fee, which means there is no cost for you to work with our team, from your first call through to settlement and renting your property out.

The Binnari research process

A day in the life of a research trip.

Real itinerary, Brisbane. Our team spends 11 months of the year on the road, because there is information you can only get when you are on the ground.

6:00am

Wheels up

The team is up early and on the way to the airport for the first flight to Brisbane.

11:00am

Yeronga walkthrough

Walk through a completed development of 7 townhouses, 6km south of Brisbane. Quality of finish was great. We negotiated access to the 4 with the best layout, most natural light and largest external space.

12:15pm

Alderley display suite

Review the masterplan, floor plans and build quality. Sales so far: 90% to local owner occupier buyers. Secured 2 to 3 quality townhouses for our investors.

1:00pm

Everton Hills. Passed.

Too much investor-grade townhouse supply close by, and a local agent confirmed demand was coming from interstate investors, not local buyers. Not one for Binnari clients.

2:30pm

Newstead inspection

Walk a completed apartment project to gauge the developer's track record. Delivered to a high standard and aimed at local owner occupiers. Then two independent local agents on future supply and buyer demand.

6:00pm

Exclusive access secured

Dinner with a local agent with access to some of Brisbane's best new projects. Secured exclusive access for Binnari investors in a project of 11 townhouses, 3km from the CBD.

Next day

Do it all over again

Check out, travel to the Sunshine Coast, and repeat. We pass on far more properties than we ever recommend.
